This exclusive holiday rental is distributed in three floors and has spectacular gardens and terraces with stunning views to the mountains and the sea. Natural stone walls embrace the huge plot of 2500 sqm. Automatic night lighting the way to the gate, pool and garden on the 2. level.

Uper floor: the fully covered panoramic terrace with comfy sofas for relaxing and overlooking the stunning sun sets, provides the ideal set up for just somewhere to relax with a book and a glass of wine.
Ground floor: The patio provides seating for 8 guests for outdoor-dining and an outdoor chill-out area facing the garden and the pool area. The al fresco dining area is ideal for pleasant moments with family and friends. Spacious and comfortable furnished verandas offer tranquility in the mild climate of Mediterranean.
Pool: huge 5 x 10 metres (50m²) with a separate childrens area with parasols and comfortable sunbeds and external shower . The pool view is to the mountains and the sea. The plot of 2500 sqm is sun-spoilt from morning to the evening hours. The huge windows with scenic views giving the villa a modern, warm and open airy feel.

Parking space for 4 cars. House: 250 sqm with a basement, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living/dining room with covered outside patio (sand stone arches), second living room with north and east facing terrace, central heating, huge sitting area in the garden with barbecue and stone oven. This is a picturesque place for families to make their time together meaningful and memorable.

Living – Room: Your home is where you go to relax the open-plan living- room comes with comfortable oversized sofa for hanging out on the same sectional watching a movie together or you’re ready to hear Dolby surround music or read a book after a long day. Don’t be surprised if the whole family nods off during movie night on this luxe, oversized sectional. 65-inch flat screen Sat-TV In the living room you´ll find books (German/English) and DVD collection, Piano (Euterpe/Bechstein) with music books, two offices, huge bay-window overlooking the hills and Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding villages.

General cleaning 1 x per week in price included. You can book Extra Cleaning for the whole house including changing bedlinen and towels: 200 €.

Check out by 10.00 AM, check in from 2 PM. Pool-Cervice 2 x a week, gardener 1 x per week. The price includes once a week the general cleaning. In addition you have the possibility to book daily a maid service for 15 € per hour. This have to be paid on site direct to the maid. Usualy she needs 2 ½ – 3 hours to make the beds, bathrooms, balconies and to sweep and clean up the floors. please let us know as soon as possible if you need the daily maid service or for how many extra days you wish the maid service.

We have a small request. The house has 2 free cats. We would be very happy if you could feed the cats in our absence. The feed is of course provided by us. Our guests all had a lot of fun with them.
